Glasrocks receives only the information you choose to include in an email, such as your name, email address, company details, and inquiry.

Use of information

Glasrocks uses this information only to review your request, reply to you, and manage related business communication.

Email delivery and storage

The website creates a mailto link and opens your own email application. It does not submit or transmit the form fields to a server. A diagnostic draft may be held temporarily in your browser’s session storage so it can be carried to the contact page; it is cleared when the email draft opens. If you send the draft, the message is handled by your email provider and received in the Glasrocks mailbox.

Storage and your choices

Glasrocks does not use a CRM for website inquiries. Messages remain in the mailbox only as long as needed for the inquiry and related business records. Glasrocks does not sell inquiry data or use it for consumer advertising. You may request access, correction, or deletion by writing to contact@glasrocks.com.
